High Falls


This course is dedicated to solid understanding and training in high falls. Students learn from the ground up skills and techniques to master the four main high falls: the suicide, the face off, the back fall and the header (or crash dive). Students will train on 6 olympic sized trampolines to learn air awareness and body control. Students practice falling and landing techniques from low and medium height onto mats, resi pits and foam pits. Students progress to higher falls to airbags at their own pace.

Students learn:

  • Complete, thorough Core Training
  • Trampoline training for air awareness and body control
  • Introduction and training in the four major catagories of high falls
  • Low and medium fall training on mats, resi pits and foam pits
  • High Falls to air bags at varying heights
  • All training is conducted in a safe environment in a 30,000 square foot gymnastics facility

All our students train at their own level and their own pace, allowing them to progress as far and as high as they're ready to go!
